Isaiah 42:5

God - He who created the heavens and stretched them out, who spread out the earth and all that comes out of it, who gives breath to its people, and life to those who walk on it.

Isaiah 41:8-10

But you, O Israel, my servant, Jacob, whom I have chosen, you descendants of Abraham my friend.
I took you from the ends of the earth, from its farthest corners I called you.  I said, 'You are my servant'; I have chosen you and have not rejected you.
So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God.  I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

Isaiah 45:18b-19

I am the LORD, and there is none else. I have not spoken in secret, in some dark land; I did not say to the offspring of Jacob, 'Seek Me in a waste place.' I, the LORD, speak righteousness, declaring things that are upright.

Isaiah 46:3-4

Listen to Me, O house of Jacob,and all the remnant of the house of Israel, you who have been borne by Me from birth and have been carried from the womb; Even to your old age I will be the same, and even to your graying years I will bear you! I have done it, and I will carry you; and I will bear you and I will deliver you.
